The proposed development reflects the proportionate expansion of Maghaberry to provide neighbourhood community comprising of a health and wellbeing hub, a community hub, extension to The Shed restaurant / coffee shop, offices, affordable and private housing, affordable and private supported housing for over 55s in Categories 1 and 2, respite care, guesthouse and affiliated self-catering apartments, public open space including landscaping, gardens and play areas, and access from Hammonds Road.

More Infomation & Feedback

We are hosting a Community Consultation Event at The Shed on Hammonds Road (1 D Hammonds Road, Maghaberry, BT28 2NG) 4pm-8pm on the 18th September 2025.

Information relating to our proposals will be available for your in person review, with our Design Team in attendance to answer questions and to receive your feedback. Attendees will receive a survey relating to the proposals to ensure everyone’s perspectives are effectively understood.

We will circulate leaflets to raise awareness about the event within a c.200m radius from the centre of the subject site. The leaflet will provide information relating to the Community Consultation and the PAN process.

Our team is available from 9-5pm from Monday to Friday to discuss development proposals and to understand community needs relating to our proposals. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us should it be of benefit to you via letter or email.
